Technical Support

SOFTSpeech provides technical support on all products that you buy from us.

We offer telephone, email and web-based support. On-site support is available on a case-by-case basis and for customers with technical support contracts.

Support hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM- 12 PM, Central Standard Time. Other support arrangements are available by appointment.
