Consulting: SOFTSpeech provides consulting and product demonstrations: We help you select the right products and services. We can help our healthcare customers, as well as attorneys and people with disabilities.
Evaluations: SOFTSpeech provides evaluations to determine if you or your child can benefit from our Fast ForWord and Interactive Metronome products.
SOFTSpeech offers assistive technology evaluations, product selection, training and support in the area of computer access for people with physical and cognitive disabilities.
Specific areas include devices for reading printed and electronic materials as well as writing and spelling.
All computer access evaluations are conducted by RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Practitioners.
Training: SOFTSpeech provides training either at our training facility in Oak Park, IL or at your home or office (subject to location). We also offer web-based training.
Technical Support: SOFTSpeech provides technical support on all products that you buy from us.
We offer telephone, email and web-based support. Support hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Central Standard Time. Other support arrangements are available by appointment.
